PHOTO OF THE MONTH: November 04

This photo was taken in the remodeled bathroom of a Rochester, NY home built in 1981. The power source for the TV seen in the photo was the outlet on the tub wall and it was not even GFCI protected. (The word "Electrical Outlet" was superimposed on the photo to help the viewer see the outlet.) Do you think the user of the tub plugs the cord in before or after the tub is filled with water?
