PHOTO OF THE MONTH: April 05

Most of the various items and systems designed for houses include instructions from the manufacturer for proper installation. This picture of a pull down stairway frame, taken by a home inspector, clearly shows the manufacturer's instructions for properly securing the stairway unit. Apparently the installer of this pull down stairway thought following the instructions was optional.
