PHOTO OF THE MONTH: August 05

Inspecting the electrical system is an important part of any home inspection. The caption of this photo could be labeled "how not to wire your electrical panel". Aside from the messy and unprofessional appearance there were 12 gauge wires (20 amp rated) connected to 50 amp rated circuit breakers (fire hazard.)
