What Does Active Solicitation Of Real Estate Agents Mean?
Active solicitation means giving "sales" presentations to the agents about your service and / or rewarding agents for referring clients to you. Handing out a business card to an agent at an inspection site is not considered active solicitation. Accepting referrals from real estate agents is not prohibited. Limitations and restrictions pertaining to agent marketing will be sent out along with the membership info.
