Active solicitation means giving "sales" presentations to the agents about your service and /
or rewarding agents for referring clients to you. Handing out a business card to an agent
at an inspection site is not considered active solicitation.

Please note: New IHINA Memberships and web site listings will be closed to home inspectors in any state or province
once it appears certain that particular state or province is going to
